I ordered the Side Sleeper pillow, because it looked like it might help my back. I tried the pillow and did not like it, so decided to send it back. I did not receive any kind of bill of sale, transaction number, or return pollicy information.
I looked up Merchandise Direct on the computer and tried sending them an email with the complaint, and the email address was not to be found. I tried calling 3 different phone numbers, 2 sounded like individual answering machines and the third was in Spanish.
I don't know who is running Merchandise Direct, but a warning should be posted with their TV ads concerning the return policy. I haven't received my Visa card statement to know if I have also been overcharged.
