Yubisaki Pillows ad on TV: Cool pillow for $39.95 plus shipping.
I called the 1-800 number and ordered one (1) for my wife, giving the operator my credit card number, and agreeing that the price was $54.95.
I deducted $55.00 and awaited the arrival of my wife's "cool" pillow.
The mailman delivered two large parcels (?) about a week later. Opening the smaller of the two, the shipping invoice stated: FIVE (5) pillows, and my account was charged $159.75 plus $74.75 shipping (for pillows?) for a total of $234.50 instead of $54.95.
I called Yubisaki immediately. The operator offered to send me a return shipping label and "merchandise Coupons" on other products they carried for the balance. Not wanting coupons, I quoted their return pjolicy on the invoice. She replied that that no longer applied.
Michigan Attorney General has contacted the company, and has yet to receive a reply.
DON'T do business with Yubisaki. Better yet, call 1-800-509-6180 and ask them what their return policy is.
By the way, the Yubisaki pillow is about 1/2 the size of a normal pillow. What do you do with the pjillow case?
