I saw the ad on TV and went online to order the side sleeper pro plus the free one. After my credit card had already been charged the receipt appeared on the screen and the "free" pillow ended up costing the same as the first pillow. Basically, two pillows for the cost of two pillows. I called the number and asked customer service to cancel. I was told that it would take several hours for the order to show up. Call back the man said. I did and it was closed, several hours later. I went online and pulled up my receipt and clicked on the cancel order selection in the menu on the left. It stated that it would take 24 hrs. 24 hrs later the pillows were shipped. They arrived parcel post, pretty positive that doesn't cost $20.00, and the box was in disrepair. I took it to the Post Office to return to sender and was told that they couldn't return it to sender in that condition! I paid an additional $10 to return two items I canceled within 24 hrs of ordering. Scam! Scam! Scam! If the company sold the pillow honestly, $19.95 $9.95 s/h I would have purchased both outright! Don't be taken!!
