I ordered online, the side sleeper pillow, what I did not know was that when I pushed the"order" button, I was not able to see what the tax and shipping charges were, it just immediately ordered the items! I am furious, I ended up with $89.00 for 4 pillows and an extra set of pillow cases. I have made 3 calls and had email contact w / someone from the company and still it is not resolved. They are saying that the order. From Sunday afternoon has NOT POSTED yet, its Wednesday!!! They cannot do anything about canceling it until it posts. Now I have to either take their word for it that they will cancel, call my bank and stop the payment or lose the shipping ($45) when I send it back b/c I definately do not want it now!!! Do not buy from this company
