Four months of unpaid rent and moving in unauthorized individuals, Tenant was very hostile and argumentative when I asked for the rent. Tenant started making false statements about the three bedroom condo in the Evergreen area of San Jose California. May 10 Patricia Bonner and I did a walk though of the condo for a move-in inspection acceptance she read and approved and signed the form.
May 12 I received a call from patricia Bonner stating that the Carpets were smelling really bad and it needs to be steam cleaned, I had it cleaned the Carpets were just cleaned in February and the Carpets are only a year old. May 17 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the windows and blinds were dirty and the blinds did not work, upon checking the windows and blinds were clean and working. May 19 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the water from the sink was yellow, upon checking out the water it was clear not yellow.
May 27 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the stove was not working upon checking out the stove it was working. June 02 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the pull chain to the ceiling fan was not working upon checking out the ceiling fan it was not working, but was working on the day of the walk though May 10.
