Patricia Anne Swift SS# XXX-XX-XX48 should be considered as a high risk tenant for anyone thinking of renting to her.
She is being evicted from our property in oceanside california via eviction case # 37-00038201-CL-UD-NC.
Numerous promises to pay rent have resulted in ZERO.
In addition, her boyfriend "Guy" is a handy man that has torn up our place indicating things were worn out, etc. The work has not been completed and he told me that it will take $1000's of dollars for me to get the place back into shape.
People will not let me in the unit to see anything and my attourney has recommended that I just wait for the lock out.
