Patricia rented an apartment from me in 2008. I let her move in without security deposit because I felt sorry for her and believed her sad story. BIG mistake. She got kicked out by her previous landlord. She collected welfare from the state but never paid me the rent. She tried to sue her old employer here, Hawaiiana Property Management. She tried to sue some case worker for sexual harassment. I managed to serve her for money owed and took her to court. She did not show up so I have a verdict against her. Not only did she steal money, but she trashed my place when she left (why? Was that really necessary, did it make you feel good?), and then left the state with piles of unpaid bills and went back to Washington, so watch out over there! She used her son Brian Nutt to get utilities but left them all unpaid.
She calls herself religious or at least spiritual, but I guess with all those crimes there will not be much pardon once it all catches up with her.
