My Fathers House Construction Co. Is owned by Paul W. Russell who lived in Leawood, Ks. Business located at 11939 Kaw Dr. Bonner Springs, Ks. 66111
He has refused to pay his subcontractors the remaining amount of money due to them for a church construction job.
His business now seems to be closed and his home is being sold in Leawood, Ks.
Mr. Russell's lawyer was contracted and this lawyer stated that "Mr. Russell didn't have any money" although he was paid several thousands in money by the church building funds.
The work that I did was the welding & putting up the steel beam structures. I am now "broke" because of his refusal to pay.
