In May of I ordered several appliances for an outdoor kitchen. After the proper (4 week) shipping period, my items were not delivered. I have tried to call multiple times in attempt to receive these appliances or to get a refund for the thousands of dollars that were spent on this. Trying to get a hold of somebody in their "customer service department" (which probably doesn't even exist) is impossible. The only department that you can get a hold of is sales, who claims that they can't help you with that issue. I was given two numbers that only had a busy signal on the opposite end or was routed to a customer service voice mailbox, that I'm almost positive never gets listened to. There are several complaints against this fraudulent company. I'm wondering how they are still an opporating business. I have already contacted my attorney and the better business bureau of the San Francisco area.
