Direct to home appliances is the WORST company in the world for customer service. As a matter of fact I don't think they have a customer service dept. I purchased a hot tub sept. 3rd 2010 and was expecting it in "Less than 12 to 16 weeks" as I was told by the sales team. Since then I have called, emailled, and faxed several times (around 50 and counting) to the customer service dept. With zero returned calls, emails, or faxes. Seems that once they have your money they have NO intentions of getting you your purchase and or refund. Which is Illegal considering my receipt says nothing about a "no refund policy". Anyone considering a purchase from this company should reconsider. And ABSOLUTELY Do Not send them any money.
