In August of contractor presented me with a final invoice for bathroom remodel which was paid in full. I then had contractor come back out and replace five light switches and move one light fixture approximately 2 inches. We agreed the work would be $350. When invoice arrived, invoice totalled almost $700. When I questioned contractor the additional costs, he stated it was from previous work / carry over which I was unaware of but he forgot to bill and I questioned. Contractor then stated misc.inventory, etc was for supply lines, etc. At $165 for the 2nd toilet he reinstalled but didn't charge "friends markup". Additional questionable charges which contractor said he would verify via receipts. When contractor arrives to show receipts, contractor became belligerent and verbally abusive and consumer threatened to call the police. As I feared I was about to be assaulted by hand by contractor. Contractor left and arrived back at consumer residence 5 minutes later and stood outside my residence screaming that an old boyfriend was entirely correct that I was a total bitch and difficult to work with. Consumer regards this as untrutch and reported contractor to the BBB for "questionable billing practices" which we settled on to what the original estimate was.
