10/01 I closed a with Roland artwork and building to displace a number of my bad exterior and paint the outside of the home. The sum total price was $2800 start-date 10/10, and Mr. Roland requested for $800 in advance, and so I wrote him a check. He explained he'll have somebody come to my home on Friday 10/06 to depart some supplies and power wash my home therefore it'll possess the entire weekend to dry. Friday no body arrived and he didn't contact me until Sunday 10/09 at 11:35, to inform me that he got required court work and he'll not allow it to be on Mon (Columbus evening a vacation court-house wasn't available), but he'll have somebody at my home on Wednesday to power wash and keep some supplies.
Tuesday 10/11 arrived with no one arrived to my home. I named him at 5:45 pm and he didn't reply, I told my sister to contact him and he didn't answer possibly, but a couple of minutes later he delivered my cousinis phone although not mine. I waited until 6:30 and named him back, he didn't once apologize for not turning up, he pretended like nothing had occurred. And so I requested for my money-back and he explained that I'm breaking a deal. I told him that he explained he'll have somebody at my home on Friday with no one arrived, and he stated "which was only a guarantee, should you study your agreement the start-date is 10/10."I responded "yes the start-date is 10/10 and what evening is it nowadays? The finish of your day 10/11 which means you inform me who's breaking a deal if you havenot started your work however." He respond "wouldn't it cause you to feel much better easily sent somebody available tomorrow morning to depart some supplies?" I told him that's not the purpose, if it began bad it'll certainly wind up really poor, so all I'd like is my cash back.
After returning and forth for around 10 minute, he stated he'll send me my check. Its been 6 times and that I still have not gotten my money however.
