This company was reccomended to me because according to the building policy I needed a licensed mover. I requested a quote via the phone. I wanted a flat rate quote and they seemed unable to provide me with one. So they quoted me an hourly quote and gave me a ball park figure. Wow were they off. I trusted this company because they came "Highly Reccomended" I also figured they were were professionals. They came in a Uhaul truck and were completely understaffed for the items I had. It took two trips in the truck which cost more than the hourly quote they quoted. To speed the process along my son had to pitch in to help. What company allows the client to perform physical labor? On top of that the new place in which we moved into was damaged due to their neglagence and incompentacy. Boxes were lost and misplaced. Since I was told they were "insured" I thought the damage would be covered. They have avoided my calls. I am in the process of processing an official complaint with the BBB. These people are complete scam artists. I would have been better off doing the move myself. Since it seems all they did was hire day loborers and call themselves "Pros"
Please do not be fooled by this group. They will promise you amazing service and a great price. At the end of the move I paid more than expected. And was left to recoup the damages.
Think twice, do the move yourself or look into real professional movers with a solid reputation.
