Well, Welcome to America Land of the Free, Home of the Brave, but not when it comes to TV service in America. Listen call me old fashion but I love a time in America where if a person wanted more channels on his TV he simply went outside and put a few more feet on his antenna.
The serious issue for us is this, are we being railroaded into a situation where some huge capitalist get more and more of our hard earn America dollars just do ewe can enjoy a part of American tradition. Just like Hot Dogs and Apple Pie American television has it's place in our culture. As an American I work hard, I want the most for the money I make and to tell us to go to this "Digital" and we'll get better signal. The TRUTH is out and what a sham. You should not be brought to your knees over television, but whether it's Washington or capitalists someone has pulled a fast one. Digital TV has 1. VERY poor signal strength, it will not maintain it's strength even on a good day, let alone bad weather, 2. Limited access, you may not even get channels that have an impact on your safety, local channels and even the few you do get fade in severe weather. Tonardo warnings, Hurricanes, whatever you maybe the last to know. 3. Cost sensitive, knowing what we know about Cable and Satellite we know if you are not already paying over $100.00 a month for TV you soon will be.
Leaders of our Country should at least stop the madness, and move on to the more important things of our nations concerns. Television shouldn't take you to the place in America where this many people are upset. Enough is Enough. Let's get back to the place where the Pursuit of Happiness is a status, and not a DREAM.
