I returned a defective bedspread in October. The company is refusing to credit my card because they claim the bedspread was used. I did remove it from the packaging and put it on my bed for one night. It was 2 inches shorter than the company stated on the web site and lumpy. I noticed the tear in the backing the next morning. I put it back in the package. I contacted customer service and was sent a return label. I mailed it back. Only when I contacted them a month later did they claim it was used. It was defective.
