Unresolved Claim - Return of damaged sink

Two years ago (April) I ordered a sink through HomeCenter - sales rep Christine Henry.
When it was delivered it was damaged and unuseable. I notified HC and was told to send it back. They would file a claim with UPS and credit my account when the claim was settled. The rep stated that in order to get another sink sent out immediately, I would need to accept a second charge to my Visa account. I OK'd that. The second sink also arrived damaged. Was sent back. This time the same rep said they could send a third sink without an additional charge. The third sink also arrived damaged - but could be used. I accepted it and waited for the claim for the first shipped sink to be settled. The company reps needed to be constantly prodded to respond with information. They told me it would take a few months to settle with UPS. Then, they stopped communicating. I contacted Brian Okin, and restarted inquiries. After some misunderstandings, and many delays, Okin and another company rep were contacting UPS about the status of the claim for the first sink shipment - in August and December. Then, no response from anyone. Emails returned. Phone calls not answered. Too late to get the credit card company to do anything. My feeling is that someone goofed and forgot to file a claim with UPS and now they are stonewalling me, and hoping I will just go away.
