I recently called Sears to service my dryer and scheduled a service call. They gave me the non service oriented 4 hour window. Then they never showed up. I stayed home for 5 hours to be here for them and they never showed up. They called to tell me they would not make it by 12 and I told them they had 4 hours to show up and they better show up at 11. They said they would and never did. This worthless exchange went on for three days with no shows.
