I contacted Hellogreenclean to provide a one-time cleaning of my 6 bedroom home. I was quoted $ 300 and there website offered a $50.00 first time customer coupon for any service over $ 250. The crew of three they sent did not speak english, they took multiple breaks and they were incredibly slow.in addition I had to dust my home after they left and clean my wood floors because they looked worse after the 'green' products they used on the hardwoods. I received a message that night from the owner, Johnny... Describing how filthy my home was, how I cheated him because my check was for $ 250 not $ 300 and how he didn't make enough money on the job.
I have an MBA and the last time I checked if you offer a coupon on your website you shouldn't leave a harassing phone call to a client complaining that you didn't make enough money on the job. Our regular cleaning crew only charges $ 200, they were unavailable and they do a much better job. Ask anyone who has been to my home... Filthy is not a word used.in fact, most people can't believe we have 5 children, I am OCD when it comes to cleaning and I grew up with parents who owned a cleaning service. I assume his crew lied because he said they took 5 hours to clean my home. My nanny was here the entire time and I was home for much of the time and they were here for less than 4 hours.
In the interest of fairness, I made a mistake and wrote the check from an account I have for a home I own in Washington State. I do not have any overdraft on the account and I didn't realize until Johnny sent an email I had made the mistake... It happens. I sent a new check with additional funds to cover his costs within a week. He has since threatened to "sue" me because I never paid him the $ 300.00 - I included the coupon... What more does this man want? He is rude, hateful and has zero since of how to speak to customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are too many other options available.
