First, Clean Home Comfort came more than an hour after the scheduled time, every time I called the company "they were on their way". I wanted their special which was something like 5 rooms cleaned for 99 dollars.
After bringing in their equipment, they asked me "are you sure you only want five rooms cleaned?" I said "yes". They started cleaning. After three minutes of cleaning, they came to find me in my kitchen. Again "only five rooms?". I said yes, but this time the guy kept on talking saying "I can do the rest of the rooms, it wouldn't cost much, you won't get a good price like this anywhere else" Again, I said no, but he kept on trying to convince me for another 10 minutes! FINALLY, he went back to cleaning.
I went outside on my porch so that they would stop bugging me about it. But, after 5 minutes, the guy CAME to the backdoor, knocked on it, and motioned for me to come in. I came in, and again "we can clean more rooms. We can even do some deep cleaning on all your carpets for a little more money". I said no. I went outside again.
AGAIN, he came to the backdoor, and said "look, I want to show you something" They showed me a spot on my carpet where they had supposedly done the deep-cleaning treatment, but I couldn't see the difference. He said "look, I can make all your carpets look this clean". I said "no, I only want the 99 dollar special". Again, 10 more minutes were spent trying to convince me to buy more.
After a few more minutes, after cleaning only 3 rooms, they said their equipment broke, right in the middle of cleaning. They then tried to charge me more than the price I had agreed to before.By this time, I was very fustrated and asked to speak to their boss. I said I was unsatisfied with their service, and he said, word for word "What do you want me to do about it?" He obviously did not care.
They said another crew would come eventually to finish the job. I asked them when the other cleaning crew would arrive, but they said they did not know. They left, and I was just elated that they were out of my house! I called Clean Home Comfort again and told them to not send another crew, because I did not want to deal with their service again.
So, only 3 rooms were "cleaned". They did not bother to move any furniture, as they advertised, so those rooms weren't even really clean. And to boot, after they left I noticed a large 1 inch dent in my wall above my stairs that was not there before. I can only conclude that they made the hole while carrying their equpiment up my stairs. And that is how terrible my experience with Clean Home Comfort was.
