Automatic restart while opening the message inbox - mobile hand set

Hello,

I am having a mobile phone of samsung,
model no: GT-E1160. I am facing the problem with this product as I am opening the message Inbox of the phone the mobile phone automatically get restart, however; if I am using the other application of the phone the phone is running perfectly fine. I have changed the handset and insert the other sim in the phone also for the cross check of this error.

Please do the needful or send me some suggestion over the phone.
