I had the SAME experience! I ordered a day bed in February. They said allow 6-8 weeks delivery. I never received anything. I had to email them before they said my item was out of stock. I was aggravated, but I choose another daybed. Still, nothing was sent to me. I finally cancelled the order. Rather than REFUND my money, they CHARGED me again! Of course I haven't been able to reach them, they hide behind voice mail and email. I've contacted the better business bureau. NOTHING! I'm furious! Plus, I CAN'T have my credit card charge back the company as Shawn's rebuttal said to do because it's been over 60 days!
