I placed an order for item they claimed and posted as in-stock. I choose ups ground so waited 7 day. I checked the web site an it was still in process but they had charged by credit card on day 2. After 30 day with multiple emails and phone calls to VOICE MAIL ONLY with no call backs we got and email stating OUT OF STOCK un-available. I cancelled order but now 2weeks no Credit back. Impossible to contact VM-email only they don't answer phones AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have contact my credit card company and placed a complaint. I am doing this blog, and every other one I can find and will also attempt BBB but I do not know what state they are in... Yet. AVOID LINENS 4 YOU at ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE UN-HAPPY
