I ordered my furniture 1 month before I needed it so I would be able to finish painting and decorating.
A couple days before scheduled delivery I receive a call telling me that certain pieces were missing from my order, so they were going to deliver what they had I said OK.
The day before calls & says your end tables won't make it either just couches (I was pissed) so I told her to reschedule when everthing is together she said " I'll call you in 2 weeks I said What! 2weeks that's crazy! I need it now I told her.
I called the store Pete was my salesman (good guy) I told him the story he tried to do what he could.
They finally deliver the couches now the tables & chairs weren't with other I said where's my dinnette Oh It's back ordered!
I called the young lady (african -american) no help what so ever had no ansewers for me. They used your table to fill another order before mine (I went off).
Let me talk to your manager; no luck she said I'll have the mgr send you a coupon or bs certificate?
It took 2 deliveries and me to pick-up the stuff and I still didn't get the table I ordered because it was still out of stock but they still had it on display in the showroom.
I told the asst gm make me happy and give me that one off the floor model! He said no I can't do that! I said why not those are the rule F& the rules make me happy he won't budge.
So I had to pick up another table at their warehouse 20 miles away. I was angry & I will never go to Harlem Furniture again and all the people I know, will know not to go there.
Very unprofessional non-speaking english under -educated stupid rude, sales people I've ever delt with before & cowards cannot keep their word. They should go out of business if everyone would not tolerate there sh*!!
