We bought an extendable dining room table. The delivery crew set it up and had some trouble getting the two halves of the table to line up right. At Thanksgiving we tried to extend the table and add a leaf in the center. When we did so found the rails the table top slides on coming apart.
Harlem Furniture is trying to tell us that we damaged the table by opening it wrong. They can't tell me how it's possible to open it wrong, and refuse to send a manger out to look at the table. The table only opens one way, and it is impossible to do it wrong. They refuse to honor the warranty. I now have a useless table that cost me $800.00. Anyone who owns this type of table knows how it works, and can tell you that there is no way to open it wrong and damage it. Harlem Furniture simply does not want to stand behind the products they sell. They are no better than a fly-by-night.
