My initial complaint with my high-end Samsung Washer was the washer kept stopping mid-cycle reporting low water pressure, despite the fact that the household water pressure was fine.
Samsung's repair technician came out and replaced the valve, and I was told that since I have a water well I would have to clean out the valve on the back of the washer every month from now on. Well, I tried it today and found it impossible for me to do. First, the washer weighs a lot more than I do so I had to find somebody to help slide it far enough for me to climb up over it to get in behind it. I just couldn't budge the hose once I was back there anyway. I guess this means I have to hire somebody to come out and clean the valve every month, since it is physically impossible for me to do this by myself.
I have had a washer on this well for 15 years with Maytag and GE machines with no problem. I am disgusted.
