Hi there,
In February my wife and I bought a top of the line washer and matching dryer. These were delivered promptly the next day and installed.
These units worked nicely at first, however about 2 months later my wife reported the washer started kicking on an "ND" error and the dryer starting making a grinding noise on start up.
About 2-3 weeks after the above, the washer started leaking from the bottom front center area and the washer has a moldy smell and is now not even getting our clothes clean.
We have had these units for ~4 months and during this time, we have cleaned the filter as recommended (every 2 months) and have ran bleach in the washer per Samsung.
We are also experiencing a rattling noise from the back of the washer as the spin cycle slows down.
On 7/1 we called Samsung up, only to be on the phone for an hour and a half and basically being told we are not maintaining these and the filter actually needs to be cleaned every 3 cycles, the manual that the customers get and the sticker on the unit itself says "every 2 months"! Furthermore he went on to say our concerns to not justify sending someone out for a warranty repair and would be at our expense, whats the point in a warranty?!!
We are contemplating just selling these at a loss and buying something else if Samsung cannot come out and look at these AND fix them.
We are willing to take this as far as we can to prove a point and get our units fixed
