I ordered garage door parts from this place on August 15. I have not recieved any parts, they cashed my check and now I cannot get this jerk to answer the phone or my emails. I see this jerk

This jerk has been ripping people off for sometime. Why can't we have a class action lawsuit against this jerk? I ordered parts on August 15 and now can't get him to answer emails or the phone (you always get a message machine). He cashed my check right away though! Please don't fall prey to this guy he is a real ripoff. Why can't we have this business removed
from the internet so no more people are ripped off from this bogus business.
