This store is a HUGE rip-off. I spent close to $2000 dollars on furniture for my son as a wedding present. The furniture set was not delivered completely even after 5 months of waiting and waiting and waiting. Not one word from them. We called and visited the store numerous to be given the run around.
Come to find out the manufacture no longer makes the missing furniture items. I filed a complaint against them to the BBB. I spoke to the regional manager who was a total douche bag. We received a partial refund on the missing furniture but not no where near enough to even buy replacement items that were missing. The RM told me that was the best he could do. Completely unacceptable.
This business is dishonest and the people working for them are just as bad. From the ass-wipe RM to the salespeople. NEVER buy furnitire from them unless you have money to burn.
