Purchased furniture from american freight, was to be deliverd on Oct, 13. Due to medical reasons I requested delivery 2days later on requesting this date change employees @ the store informed my mother my furniture was not available and would be an additional 30 days before delivery.
When my healh improved I contacted the store a week later to requst a cash refund. At which time the employees at the store had me on speaker phone when I was requsting my refund. Employees stated I would have to wait 30days for my refund. I asked why I had to wait employees stated because money was @the bank.
Requested phone number for regional manager recieved the same tratment as at the store. Manager tried to sell me something else, being dissatisfied with this company I did not want to make anymore dealing with them. Store policy in writting stated that if customer request refund there is a 30 day wait, however I feel that if the company had my merchandise for delievery on the 13 of october I would not had to request a refund.
