Called in an order because they advertise their "Price Match Guarantee" and they had a Christmas week offer of "Free Ground Shipping & No Sales Tax." Well after waiting to actually talk to a customer service agent here is what they DON'T tell you on their website. The price match is only if you can show that the other website still has their product IN STOCK. What is the point in matching a price especially during Christmas if you have to prove the other website has it in stock? More importantly - if they have it in stock why would I buy the EXACT same thing from these guys?!?! I'll just buy it from the website where it is cheaper. None of this is on the website of course - they just advertise their price match guarentee - which isn't.
To add insult to injury they then informed me that with the FREE shipping the item wouldn't arrive by Christmas - I'd have to pay another $20 to get it on time. Would you believe the customer service rep actually said to me "Oh, so you want this for Christmas?" Give me a break! They lost my $200 order and I bought one on Ebay (for cheaper I might add) instead. Maybe if they got a clue - especially during the busiest time of the shopping year - they might actually make some sales. Wonder why all the OTHER websites were out of the same item while they still have it in stock? Hmmmmmmmm
