Since October I have had 5 separate Sears Home Repair technicians visit my home to repair a Bosch dryer which is under warranty-each attempt more unsuccessful and inept than the other.in addition to these appointments, I had one no show without explanation and a cancellation today, August 9th. The attitude of the customer service representatives and their supervisors is apathetic and condescending. I have added the cost of replacement parts that the technicians have ordered-in excess of $900.00. A new Bosch dryer is half that cost. Is Sears interested in running a profitable company for it's shareholders? In my opinion, no. Nor are they interested in customer retention or satisfaction. The inconvenience of a malfunctioning dryer is now diminished by my aggravation over missed work, inept and rude technicians and customer service representatives and lack of communication. It's been an extremely negative experience on all levels.
