I contracted with Russell Johnson to install a wrought iron fence at my home, which is a 55 community. I gave him $1,200 over a month ago, and he has still not installed the fence. He keeps saying he has "problems" and putting the date to install off.
I am getting ready to go into surgery for cancer, and requested that he reimburse me my deposit and I would get more reputable company to install the fence before surgery.instead, he keeps saying I am not responding to him via email, although I have the string of emails and his responses.
This man is not the type you want to do business with! He will take your deposit and then not perform. I think he is a "one man show" that can't afford to buy the products to install.
I have so much to worry with my health condition, and he has definitely made things worse for me! It's so sad people and companies today are so heartless and don't care about how they affect other people's lives!
