Delivery and return services - Delivery Mattress Set

I bought an matess and boxsprings from Sears on June 2, when it arrived It had a hole in the boxspring and ditry on the side. I went to the store and did an exchange on the whole set. When it was delived it was only the boxspring replacemen. During the deliver, I encounter a big hole in my ceiling and my new bed was damage. I am not happy at all. I called the complained center and was transfered to serveral differt depatments. Now I have to go back to the store (3rd time) to get my ajusment right on my Sears Card. I am waiting on someone to call me back in regards to the hole in the ceiling and the scatcher on my new bed. I forgot to tell them about my curtains rodes. Right now I am not happy. I will let you know what happens within the next three days! Unhappy customer.
