repair team responded to my home.informed sofa must be replaced

rep from guardsman called and stated their not liable for that type of tear

put in a letter of protest to the Executive review board

Bottom line—they don't want to take responsibility for plan
Want to return remaining money for plan

during this time i made at least 10-12 calls to Bob's. They always had an excuse about the system being down. Once they were getting a new system, won't be up and running for 2-3 weeks. Got the run-around for months
Bottom line - Bob's agree sofa needs to be replaced BUT Guardsman is responsible
