4/11/09purchased sofa, loveseat, and chaise from Bob's discount furnitue store in Totawa, N.J.

8/27/10
had a birthday party for a 4 year old. 17 four and five year olds

8/30/10
filed a report with Guardsman protection purchased through Bob's

9/15/10
repair team responded to my home.informed sofa must be replaced

9/18/10
rep from guardsman called and stated their not liable for that type of tear

9/30/10
put in a letter of protest to the Executive review board

10/15/10
recieved answer from Executive board.

Bottom line—they don't want to take responsibility for plan

Want to return remaining money for plan

during this time i made at least 10-12 calls to Bob's. They always had an excuse about the system being down. Once they were getting a new system, won't be up and running for 2-3 weeks. Got the run-around for months

Bottom line - Bob's agree sofa needs to be replaced BUT Guardsman is responsible
