I decided to go with The Screenman because their prices were very cheap. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and work ethic. Their customer service was horrible and often times, after trying to call for hours, (if I would get through to someone) I would get yelled at, belittled and called dirty words. This of course happened after I gave them a check for my home project. I waited over 3 months for the construction of my screen enclosure to happen. Checking online, I noticed that the permit wasnt even submitted and I was still charged a permitting fee of $350.00. This company still went ahead and tried to build my structure without taking the proper steps of permitting. Secondly, while at my home, their installers were doing drugs on my front lawn and stealing stuff from my garage. When I confronted them, they tried to physically assault me and threatened me by saying they will put a "hit" on me from their "mob connections". This company does not deliver what they are contracted to do. They will bully you into paying and destroy your home when they come to install. Do not let their cheap prices fool you.
