He never missed an appointment that he made and he always promptly returned phone calls and emails. He made us feel like we were his only customer and the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. What other companies saw as obstacles, he saw as an opportunity to build something unique. His crafts-people are all top notch, from the people who did the excavation, to the plumbers and steel workers to the gunite installers and the plasterers. But most of all, his knowledge of the people who excel at doing rock work made our pool what it is - a showpiece that we are very proud to share with those who come to our home.
