I have been trying to get help to resolve the issues that have arisen since the house at 1428 S. 19th Street Philadelphia, PA 19146 has been built. During the construction, there was scaffolding that was on my property and damaged my bricks. Then the construction workers drilled and hammered spikes into my firewall. There are also holes on the front of my home as a result of the construction. I asked the company CEO to sign a dicument stating that he would fix any damage done and he agreed. When the construction was done and I noticed the damages, he said there wasn't anything to fix. I called L&I and they agreed with the CEO. I feel that he dishonored his agreement with me and should fix the damages to my home. I have done all I can as a private citizen and hope that you can help in this matter.
