He agreed to do a lease option on the home. We are from Texas. Once he made the deal with us, we gave our landlord 30 days notice. Brad Simmons did not call us for almost 2 weeks. He would not take our calls. His partner is Kenneth Garcia of Danville, Ky. We sent him our bank records which show strong income.
After two weeks, he sent us a text message and said that "they accepted a higher offer". He kept telling us "they" were a trust he had to consult with. Brad Simmons owns the home. There is no trust. He is just a liar. Made a deal and then backed out.
Brad Simmons in our opinion is a lying coward.
