We bought a Simmons Beautyrest "Black" series Helena model pillow top mattress. It has THREE stranded wire coils to insure great bac support. After about a month the bed started to feel like one of those Florida SINK HOLES you see so often on the news. The mattress is a "no flip" so we did the head to to turning as instructed... Doesn't matter. The pillow top design completely compresses and doesn't return to normal— EVER and the WARRANTY. May as well be non-existant. When NOY laying in the bed... Looks fairly normal... Burt when IN the bed it SAGS SO MUCH it CAUSED BACK PAIN. The center of the bed is a HUMP now. I am 5'7 and 132... Not what you would call a hog of a mattress destroyer. Simmons wont honor warranty unless the bed remains sunk without a person in it... Joke is on all of us... We have to be pro-active and force a recall of these Simmons beds. Our original Simmons Beautyrest was O L D and still much more comfortable than this piece of KRAP. DO NOT BUY any simmons products... They are NOT the same as they used to be in quality... Like a popover... Looks nice and fluffy on the outside... Nothing inside.
