Ordered a down comforter from egyptiancottonwarehouse.com on Dec 6th. They told me it had shipped when it hadn't. Finally got the product on Jan 11th and it was the wrong product. Took them another month and half to get me a correct return label. It has now been over two months and I have yet to receive my refund. They will only respond by e-mail if they respond at all and their phone has been disconnected.
Do not order from them.
They will only send you substandard product in an untimely manner and never return your money. I am in the process of contacting the FTC and BBB of Cincinnati.
