I just wanted to say UTS has been amazing. I purchased an elliptical in 2008. We called UTS because the resistance was no longer performing properly. They sent over a repair technician who could not repair the issue. UTS called us back with the news that our machine was not repairable but because of our warranty we could pick any machine of equal value (or greater and pay the difference) and they would ship it to us. Just like that! We received the new machine and my spouse felt he could put it together himself. The console failed to work so we called UTS again, they shipped us out a new console and had a local repair technician come and install it for us. I am happy to say that UTS has been unbelievably wonderful. They have gone far and beyond what I would have expected.
