I have a Nordic Track treadmill that is 8 years old. My extended warranty is from UTS and I have never had a problem with the company re: repair. I explain the problem, they order the parts which the rep. Feels will fix the problem, and a local service tech comes to my house to repair the machine. If other parts need to be ordered the technician orders them. The only negative with the company is that you can be on hold for several minutes.
