Purchased SPA from them 2008. Service TECH knows his stuff but they only have ONE! Only have one woman to schedule service as well. This year their "phone system is under construction" when you call the 610 # so you have to be persistent to try and get a PERSON. June 8 finally got the receptionist - Service scheduler was on vacation but I was told I'd be the 1st person on her list to call when she retn't June 12. June 16 still hadn't gotten rtn call; so, I called again and finally reached woman who schedules service in Bethlehem store (Phone system still under construction the message says). She scheduled service for June 21 in AM so I took day off work to be here. June 21 at 11:00 AM no service tech yet so I called - GUESS WHAT. He's not coming today!
Some story about service schedule needing to be rescheduled at 9:00 last night but no one could call to tell me that so I wouldn't take off work. Now rescheduled for June 23 in AM. What is the chance their schedule won't change AGAIN! The SPA is okay - but has had several minor problems. Do yourself a favor - unless you can fully service whatever you buy from them yourself - Purchase your pool or spa elsewhere!
