When I first called to schedule an appt in June they told me I had to call back once the deal was over on Monday. I called back on Tuesday to schedule an appt and they said the first avail appt was June 6 between window of 8-11am so i took it. They also asked for my credit card # incase they went over 2hrs. I was skeptical of this but I gave it to them. On July6,1130 I called to see why no one had showed up. They said they didn't have me on the schedule and could rebook for the following day. I asked her how was it when i first called they were booked for 3 wks, and now they could see me next day-no comment. She said she saw my name on voucher list but was saying I signed up for windows and I told her i signed up for handymen service. Then when they transferred me to a guy he stated that i couldn't schedule an appt yet and i told him i bought the voucher in June for two handymen. I gave him voucher number and they kept giving me the run around. Finally i scheduled for 7/7 at 11am. No one was here by 1130 and no once called to say they would be late. When i called the # it goes to voicemail but the # is forwarded. They are unorganized and unprofessional, I would like my money back and
Suggest that you all don't use them in the future.
