Due to the poor quality of the brass/manufacturing, the P-trap primer's jet cracks and the water keeps running.
When confronted with the problem, Doug Murphy (CEO) blamed Silicon Valley's water as being too corrosive and refused to replace or refund the product.
The trap primer needs weekly adjustments. Very inconvenient to have to constantly adjust this.
