We had a clogged bathtub drain and called D&G Plumbing to fix it. They came and used an air blaster to unclog the r=drain and it seemed to be fine. I asked them to check the bathroom sink, which had been unusable for several years due to very slow draining. They used the air blaster on the sink several times and ran water through it. It seemd to drain, but that is because the trap had blown off due to the air blaster. He ran lots of water to show the sink was draining, but after a couple of minutes I saw that the water was pouring out from the vanity the sink is mounted in. I opened the cabinet doors of the vanity and saw the trap had blown off and everything in the cabinets was wet. The floor under the vanity was covered with water and my wife saw that the water had seped under the wall and was covering the dining room floor. We used towels to try to soak up the water. The plumbers went to thier truck and came back in with a bil for $214.95. They didn't clean up the mess they had left in the bathroom, didn't try to clean up the water in the bathroom or the dining room, and din't even apologize for creating the mess to begin with.
I have never been so upset with any repair company before. They are unprofessional, and should not be used by ANYONE! I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know how bad D&G Plumbing is.
