Be careful buying products from this merchant. Returns are only possible on unopened merchandise. If you use the product and it does not work you are unable to return it. I have purchased 2 products - one broke after only a couple of uses and one never worked. They were quite expensive and very poor quality. Pestmall does not stand behind the products they sell.
