So i go into the Ulta in Robinson, PA in order to purchase new foundation, concealer, primer, etc. After standing around for 10 minutes, waiting for a sales rep to walk by to help, a girl finally came up and asked if i need help. I told her that I was looking for a new foundation and I would like a color match. She was raving about this one brand of foundation, concealer and primer that she simply couldnt live without (benefit if you must know), so i agreed to buy it. Then after i made the purchase she gave me here card THAT SAID SHE WAS A BENEFIT BRAND REP! I was so mad! I was under the impression that she was just a fan of the brand, when she was actually just trying to sell me that brand. I specifically went to Ulta because i wanted an honest opinion and not deal with people who were representing just one brand. I will be sure to NEVER go to ulta AGAIN because if i wanted to be sold on one brand, i would go to Macys.
PLUS! The concealer and foundation SUCK SO BAD for covering up blemishes. The girl told me that the primer I got was actually a primer and I didn't need to use a setting spray to keep my makeup on. Lie. The primer is good for minimizing pores and making it a smooth surface. But it doesnt keep the make up on at all.
Next time. I'm going to Sephora
