Don't purchase a home from lennar!
They've poor quaility function and bad warrenties to back them up. I'd pipes that broke, or have broken. I've lawn is really screwed-up from all of the "accessories" inside it like bits of exterior, rocks beyond stones. U cant actually grow something without spending $ on the top soil. They mess u by stating nicely nothing is protected under warrenty. Its there method of stating we arent spending money on our poor quaility house they "put up" in less then four weeks. BELIEVE ME they'll provide you with more complications then what it's value. There houses arent worth anything more! Uy from ryan's houses i noticed they r five times greater then lennar anyday!!!
