I shut on my new Lennar Townhome on 2/23/08. Decided that the walk-through was completed just before shutting about the house and that I did website a couple of things that require fixed. Something was my primary wall-in my family room was significantly bowed. There have been several openings within the sheetrock along with a big nail protruding of the handrail about the steps. I've now experienced my Lennar townhome for 11/24 months and my ceramic tile in my own entry-way includes a break operating through the tiles, All The curved edges towards the surfaces are breaking and that I suggest all the curved edges in the home, all the accessories within the bathrooms have dropped from the surfaces since the screws didn't maintain and took the sheetrock, The shower curtain pole within the upstairs toilet won't remain up it drops and that I place it-up each day, (not main but an inconvenience), a couple of months after I moved in to the house, a trickle created in my own top room. I delivered a work-order for that top to become restored and also the roof to become set. Today, storm Ike involves Tx and you know what? Reduced and see, the roof within the top room caves in. Oh which is correct where the trickle was the initial time. That's where it began.
